Jen spent 10 years working at the Freemantle Trust residential care for adults utilising her qualification in working with those with learning disabilities. From there she then went on to work as a receptionist at a podiatry clinic, before she joined Hart Vets reception team in 2021. Jen currently has no pets of her own (well, at least until she convinces her husband!), however she makes up for this by always giving our patients lots of fuss before their appointment.
